Great Southwest Walk
The Great South West Walk begins and ends at the Visitor Information Centre in Portland. It is a 250km walking track forming a giant loop. You can walk one section or tackle the entire walk.
Masons Falls – Mt Sugarloaf Trail
A track in the Kinglake National Park. It is 13 kilometres long, taking around 4.5 hours. The track follows a ridge to the top of Mt Sugarloaf for great views and then track loops around through fern gullies along a creek, open forest and drier ridges.
McMillans Walking Track
MacMillans Walking Track is a 220 km track running through the southern edge of the alpine country east of Melbourne.
Neds Gully Circuit- Cathedral Range
A 8.5 kilometre walk that takes around 4 hours and is of a steep grade.
The Great Dividing Trail
The Great Dividing Trail, is a community-planned 280km public walking trail following the top of the Great Dividing Range from Bacchus Marsh to Daylesford, Bendigo, Ballarat and Buninyong. It allows recreational walkers and tourists the time to savour central Victoria’s unique combination of gold rush heritage and its natural beauty.
The Great Ocean Walk
This walk is on Victoria’s west coast and it stretches 91 kms from the town of Apollo Bay to Glenample Homestead (near to the 12 Apostles). It passes through the beautiful National Parks and overlooks the Marine National Park and Sanctuary. The walk has been designed so that walkers can ‘step on and step off’ the trail at a number of places, completing short, day or overnight hikes.
Two Bays Trail- Mornington Peninsula
This trail is in the Mornington Peninsula National Park. It is 26 kilometres long and takes about 10 hours to walk.The trails goes from Dromana to Bushrangers Bay.
Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges Tracks
Bushwalking tracks in the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, mostly under 4 hours long.
